Reception
Children normally join Reception classes in January of the year in which they have their fifth birthday. Simple entrance tests and interviews with parents are held in the previous August.
Grade 1 (One) to 7 (Seven)
Entry into other grades is dependent on places being available. When they are, children are invited to sit the school’s entrance test prior to being offered a place.
Class size
Presently the school has twenty-four classes (three in each grade). The recommended class size is 30 children and, when all classes are full, the total student population is around 720 children. For competition purposes, the school has a house system and all children are members of one of Cheetah, Leopard or Lion Houses.
Guided Tours
Would-be parents (and children!) are always welcome to visit the school and see it “at work”. Appointments for guided tours with Head of School or Deputy Head of School can be made through the School Secretary.
