☞ Our Teaching Staff

The Administration

The School Administration consists of the Head of School, the non-teaching Deputy Head of School, Financial Controller, Human Resource & Administrative Officer and the Bursar. They are assisted by four Senior Teachers, who have classes of their own and are each responsible for coordinating the affairs of two grades.

Altogether the school employs 35 teachers and there are 12 additional assistant teachers in lower primary classes.

Fully Qualified

Primary teaching requires special skills and, whilst the majority of the staff are degree holders, all have undergone primary training or re-orientation and all have extensive primary teaching experience. All Nkhwazi Primary School’s teaching Staff Members are Zambian citizens or entry permit holders.

Specialist Teachers

The specialist teachers for Music, Physical Education, Information Communication & Technology, Art, French and Library are all fully qualified in their fields.
